A spacious family home in the centre of Aylsham. Sympathetically restored to  accentuate the period features whilst providing all the practicalities of modern living.

The property was tired, dark and the layout was restrictive for a house of it's standing. Using clever design, we we able to create a light and spacious flow throughout the property including a large kitchen space that opens straight out into the garden. A large principal suite was created and another bathroom added to bring the specification of the property up to modern living standards, whilst also maintaining the traditional charm of its original features, including restoring all the hardwood sash windows, restoring the fireplaces and hearths and renovating the staircase. 

A bespoke development of 5 properties with open plan living and countryside views. 

We took an old piggery yard and buildings from the initial design stage all the way to handing over 5 unique properties to their new owners. 

We took the original planning drawings and were able to alter the interior layouts and heights to make airy and spacious rooms within the same footprint of the original plans. We built the properties using the latest eco friendly materials such as timber frames, timber cladding and air source heat pumps. The properties boast low maintenance costs and high quality materials throughout.
