We are a Norfolk based husband and wife team, with a passion for creating high quality homes. Together, we founded Flint & Feather to share our experience and to help make your dream home a reality. We know that transforming your vision of your perfect home into a reality can sometimes seem daunting and at times stressful. At Flint & Feather, we aim to provide an enjoyable experience for our clients by offering a full design build service from concept to completion. With our integrated design and management teams, we can manage all aspects of planning and build stages whilst keeping you informed along the way. From initial design concept, construction and completion, we offer as much support and insight as you require for your project.
Our Team
Grant McConnell MCIOB, BEng (Hons) Director, Project Manager
Grant is an experienced Chartered Construction Manager and has worked on a variety of projects from new builds to renovations. Primarily this was focused on the Super Prime renovation sector in Central London, where he honed his eye for detail and quality. He also trained as a Civil Engineer at University which has given a good foundation to his understanding of construction.
Grant leads the project management side of Flint & Feather and will create a bespoke construction schedule and management plan for your project. He will manage the project to reduce hassle, risk and overall cost and ensuring that your project will run safely and efficiently.
Annabel McConnell MEng (Hons) Director, Design Manager
Annabel has trained as a Structural Engineer through University and gained valuable experience whilst working as a structural engineer in a highly regarded engineering consultancy in London. She has refocussed her interest in construction to interior design and overall design team management, where her experience allows her to have a great understanding of the whole design process.
Annabel uses her experience to liaise with you in the initial concept stages of your project, creating a vision from your requirements and will ensure that the design is coordinated and built to your expectations. Annabel is on hand throughout your project to discuss ideas and ensure that your combined vision is being achieved.
